Description:

OKN Strips is a highly acclaimed diagnostic and therapeutic app available for iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch. This app is designed to assist in the evaluation of neurological, otological, and opthalmological disorders by eliciting Optokinetic Nystagmus (OKN). It not only includes a Red Desaturation mode but also offers an Amsler grid for additional eye testing.

When using OKN Strips, users can easily cycle through different speeds of the moving strips by tapping on the screen. The strips' color can be toggled between Red and Black by tapping on the strips icon located in the bottom toolbar. Users can adjust the width of the strips by pinching or zooming with two fingers. To reverse the direction of the moving strips, simply swipe against their motion. The bottom toolbar can be hidden or shown by tapping on the screen with two fingers.

On the right side of the bottom toolbar, there are icons to conveniently access the Red Desaturation mode and Amsler Grid.

The Red Desaturation feature allows users to perform a red desaturation test using a colored circle.

The Amsler Grid included in OKN Strips allows users to perform comprehensive eye tests. The buttons located on the bottom toolbar allow for easy changes to color combinations of the grid for enhanced testing.
